1. Intention
Start with a clear purpose.
Ask yourself: What do I want to gain from microdosing? How do I want to feel?

2. Ingestion
Choose a microdosing schedule that works for you:
Option 1: 1 dose every other day
Option 2: 1 dose for 4–5 days, 2–3 days off
*Tip: Continue a consistent schedule for up to 12 weeks

Continue to build healthy habits: Stay hydrated, eat nourishing food, get enough quality sleep, and move your body
*Tip: Start low & go slow. Adjust dose based on how you feel. Always listen to your body.
